Aftershock Festival, fresh off its 2023 event, is already planning for another epic year. While the full lineup is still to come, festival organizers recently unveiled one major piece of information for Aftershock 2024: Iron Maiden will headline the festival.
“You asked for epic, but we’re delivering legendary,” Aftershock shared.
“Prepare for a metal invasion like no other, as we announce a headliner for Aftershock 2024–the legendary, the relentless, the face-melting… Iron Maiden!”
Iron Maiden, the iconic British heavy metal band, will make its Aftershock debut next year. With their signature sound, larger-than-life stage presence, and a dedicated fan base that spans generations, Iron Maiden promises to deliver a performance that will go down in Aftershock history.
In addition to Iron Maiden, Pantera, who had to back out of the 2023 festival and was replaced by Stone Temple Pilots, is presumably also scheduled for 2024.
“We will however be back for Aftershock 2024,” Pantera posted when sharing the news of missing 2023.
Aftershock Festival made its debut in 2012. Over the years, it has grown from a one-day event into a full-blown four-day extravaganza, attracting thousands of rock and metal enthusiasts from all corners of the globe. With its unique blend of headlining acts, emerging artists, and a plethora of vendors, Aftershock has carved its place as one of the premier rock festivals in the world.
Bush, Chevelle, Deftones, and Stone Temple Pilots headlined the first-ever Aftershock.
The 2023 festival was headlined by 311, Avenged Sevenfold, Godsmack, Guns N’ Roses, Incubus, Korn, Limp Bizkit, Queens of the Stone Age, Rancid, The Cult, TOOL, and Turnstile.
