Halloween-themed festival Freaky Deaky has known many homes in its 15 years. Starting in Chicago as a one-night event, it has evolved into a two-day, multi-stage festival. Current iterations are held in Texas and Oregon.
Freaky Deaky Texas began in 2018 and is hosted at Houston Raceway in Baytown, Texas, just 40 minutes outside Houston. The Raceway boasts 500 acres for attendees to tent camp, car camp, or RV camp next to multiple stages that showcase every subgenre of EDM. From dubstep and house to experimental bass and hip-hop, there is sure to be something for every fan of dance music. Creative costumes are encouraged among the creepy carnival rides and games. If there was ever a place to celebrate Halloween right, Freaky Deaky is it.
