Rock the Locks Music Festival is a 3‑day rock festival held each year at the Big River Golf Course in Umatilla, Oregon. Organized by the City of Umatilla and produced by Phantizy Productions, the event features food, merchandise vendors, beer gardens, camping, and bands from various decades—making it an all-ages, family-friendly experience.
The inaugural event took place in 2023. Past headliners include Collective Soul, ZZ Top, Night Ranger, Halestorm, Stone Temple Pilots, Barenaked Ladies, Seether, The All-American Rejects, and Third Eye Blind.
