Aftershock Festival Announces 2023 Lineup Update, Artist Changes

Rock music festival Aftershock returns next month, October 5-8, 2023, at Discovery Park in Sacramento, California.

Headliners for the four-day event are Avenged Sevenfold, Incubus, The Cult, TOOL, Godsmack, Limp Bizkit, Korn, Turnstile, 311, Guns N’ Roses, Queens of the Stone Age, and Rancid.

Festival organizers took to social media on Thursday to announce multiple lineup changes.

Aftershock family, due to unforeseen circumstances, Pantera is no longer able to join us next month. We’re excited to share that Stone Temple Pilots has stepped up to perform with us on Thursday, October 5 and are thrilled to announce that while Pantera can no longer make it this year, they’ll be joining us in 2024!

Also mentioned in the post is the addition of Las Vegas metal band Imperial Tide, performing on Saturday, October 7.

In total, 98 bands are gracing the stages at Aftershock. Joining the headliners will be AFI, Pennywise, Nothing But Thieves, Megadeth, Coheed and Cambria, Skillet, Bad Omens, Corey Taylor, Parkway Drive, BABYMETAL, Polyphia, I Prevail, Dance Gavin Dance, Daughtry, Badflower, and many more.

Weekend 4-Day GA passes are $419.99 + fees, Single Day GA starts at $144.99, and Single Day VIP cost $259.99. VIP includes commemorative VIP laminate and wristband, a dedicated festival entrance, a lounge, tree-shaded lounge spaces, a water refill station, air-conditioned & flushable restrooms, and a dedicated guest services team.
