The Grand Rapids experience of the Breakaway Music Festival series announced its lineup on Thursday.
The boutique electronic and hip hop festival will welcome headliners Illenium on Friday, August 27, and Quinn XCII on Saturday, August 28. Another 12 artists will join them for the weekend dance party at Belknap Park, located on the north side of downtown Grand Rapids, just east of Grand River.
Breakaway Michigan was first held in 2017 and has featured past artists Future, Kaskade, GRiZ, Halsey, Kendrick Lamar, Odesza, Travis Scott, and Twenty One Pilots. The 2019 festival was headlined by Big Gigantic, Kaskade, Louis The Child, and Wiz Khalifa.
Two-day GA and VIP tickets are already on sale, for $99 and $189, respectively. VIP tickets include express entry, a private viewing area, a private bar, private restrooms, happy hour drink specials for the first two hours of each day, a VIP lounge, and a commemorative laminate.
