Riverfront music fest High Water Festival is returning for its 5th edition in 2023 and has released its lineup by day. The event takes place on April 15 & 16 at Riverfront Park in North Charleston, South Carolina.
Headlining Saturday is Rainbow Kitten Surprise with support from Bleachers, Father John Misty, Big Boi, Guster, Sierra Ferrell, Wilder Woods, S.G. Goodman, Madi Diaz, and Tré Burt.
Sunday headliners are Beck and Wilco. Other artists appearing are Shovels & Rope, Orville Peck, Angel Olsen, Lucius, Bully, Ezra Furman, Black Opry Revue, Kyshona, and She Returns From War.
Charleston folk duo Shovels & Rope created High Water in 2017, personally curating the music experience and bringing in top musicians from around the world to play at the 2-day festival. Also featured is a vendor market with locally handmade goods, food from local and regional eateries, cold beer and cocktails, and an Oyster Education Class teaching festivalgoers the perfect way to shuck an oyster.
General admission 2-day passes are $185, and 2-day VIP is $600. Single-day passes are also available for GA and VIP for $110 and $325. VIP includes up-close prime stage viewing, unlimited access to VIP Lounge, air-conditioned restrooms, full-service bars, a complimentary water refill station, a dedicated VIP Concierge, a dedicated premium entrance, and an express lane at the festival store.
