GRiZ’s Ursa Major To Be His Final Curated Event Of 2023

Earlier this week, GRiZ announced he is taking an indefinite hiatus from performing and making music starting in October 2023.

The EDM producer has been touring and releasing music non-stop for ten years, from playing in small clubs to headlining major music festivals. A break seems well-deserved, if a little somber for many fans.

GRiZ has been hosting multi-day curated events for the past couple of years, starting with GRiZMAS in his home state of Michigan and expanding to Space Camp in Hampton, VA, Another World in Denver, CO, and GRiZMAS In July in Wilmington, NC.

Today the artist announced Ursa Major, his new curated event that will take place on September 22-24 at the Pepsi Amphitheater in Flagstaff, Arizona. It will be his last event of 2023.

Artists joining GRiZ for the intimate weekend are Black Carl!, Daily Bread, Freddy Todd, Inzo, Justin Jay, Luzcid, McWavy, Motifv, Never Dull, Of The Trees, Opiuo, Parkbreezy B2B Thought Process, Prob & Chrishira Live Band, SunSquabi, and Zen Selekta.

GRiZ tweeted, “The focus of this isn’t huge led stage production but rather experience, lifestyle, and music (but yea we still bringing production, pew pew!)”. He also shared that all three of his sets will be different and that he has “curated the music for each day to go with the vibe.”

In addition to the music, the event will also feature workshops, art, and craft vending.

General admission 3-day tickets are $205. Camping options are available.

Ticket pre-sale begins on Monday, June 12, at 10 AM PST. To get access, visit laylo.com.
