After two years of rescheduling, Alabama’s beachfront music festival is back May 20-22, 2022. Hangout Fest is held on a 7-mile island on the beaches of Gulf Shore, Alabama.
Post Malone, Halsey, Tame Impala, Megan Thee Stallion, Doja Cat, Fall Out Boy, Kane Brown, Illenium, Zedd, Jack Harlow, Phoebe Bridgers, Louis The Child, Maren Morris, and Leon Bridges will be headlining.
Support includes Slander, Oliver Tree, T-Pain, The Band Camino, The Head and The Heart, Sublime with Rome, Surfaces, Lil Yachty, Moon Taxi, Lucii, SNBRN, Blu DeTigre, and many more.
Beyond the music, Hangout features a roller rink, beach volleyball, a beach club and a beach house, a spa, a Ferris wheel, a psychedelic Instagram-worthy bus, hammocks, a wedding chapel, art, food, and drink. And attendees can take a dip in the ocean to cool off from all that dancing.
Hangout Fest partners with local hotels and condos within walking distance of the festival or near festival shuttle stops. View accommodation options here.
3-day GA passes are $339 and there are GA+, VIP, and Super VIP options. Attendees also have options to add a shuttle pass, merch bundle, or tie-dye shirt. View all ticket options here.
Health and safety: Hangout Music Festival promises to be in accordance with local regulations and may require proof of vaccination and/or a negative COVID-19 test or mask-wearing at all times.
The festival is an all-ages festival, and those under 17 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. Children under 5 are free.
