Joshua Tree Music Festival has released its lineup for its fall event: Heart of the Matter. The event takes place October 7-10, 2021, at the Joshua Tree Campground in Joshua Tree, California.
Joshua Tree Music Festival hosts two events a year, in May and October. The festival is family-friendly and offers kid-friendly zones and plenty of supervision. Kids under 4 are free, and there are discounted four-day passes based on age.
The festival promotes “free-range” humans, meaning there are no special wristbands to get into certain areas. Artists and performers are on the same level as fans, encouraging a feeling of community and organic meet and greets. In addition to the impressive lineup, Joshua Tree Music Festival will also host workshops and community-based events.
The 2021 fall date will be operating at a limited capacity. The festival is also requiring negative tests or proof of vaccination.
Headliners for the fall date include Dirtwire, Orgone, Mike Love, and Moontricks. Filling out the lineup’s undercard are Smoked Out Soul, Symone French & The Trouille Troupe, Autonomix, Collectivity, Gabriella Evaro, and Father Taj.
4-day passes start at $225 and include walk-in camping. Day parking passes are $25 and car camping passes are $95. Kids under 4 are free, ages 5-10 are $75, and ages 11-17 are $110. Vehicles with three or more people get free day parking. View all ticket options here.
