New California fest Mill Valley is set to premiere on May 7, 2022. The multi-genre single-day fest will be held at Friends Field in Mill Valley, CA, just north of San Francisco.
The festival will celebrate the local art and culture of the Bay Area. The Mill Valley Chamber of Commerce hosts the event and a portion of proceeds from ticket sales will go to local organizations.
“There’s no doubt that these past few years have been incredibly rough for all of us,” said Mill Valley Chamber of Commerce Director Jim Welte in a statement. “We can’t wait to celebrate the resilience of Mill Valley, Marin County, and the entire Bay Area, and the vital role the Bay plays in the vibrancy of the Golden State.”
Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals are headlining with support from Lettuce, Liz Cooper, Los Amigos Invisibles, and La Doña.

Health and safety: Mill Valley Music Festival will require proof of a negative COVID-19 test or vaccination for entry.
This is an all-ages event. Kids 3 and under are free.
