Alaska’s only EDM event, Sacred Acre, returns for its second year on September 8-10 in Ninilchik, AK.
The 2023 lineup includes Boogie T, Daily Bread, Manic Focus, The Widdler, KOAN Sound, Maddy O’Neal, Marvel Years, Artifakts, Late Night Radio, NotLö, Dredlok, Jason Leech, Motifv, MZG, Phyphr, Slynk, and Phyphr and Jason Leech performing a special duet set. One headliner is yet to be revealed, and more artists are TBA.
Sacred Acre hosts daily yoga classes, wellness and education workshops, after-hours stages, food & artisan vendors, and additional tickets for excursions.
The festival also aims to educate and draw awareness to trawling, the fishing method of dragging nets in the water behind one or more boats. Trawling is a devastating fishing practice, often resulting in bycatch (whales and other animals caught in the nets) or nets discarded in the ocean. The method is not regulated.
GA 3-day passes are $185 + fees and include after-hours for Friday and Saturday. The event also offers the “All Party, No Planning” VIP pass for two that includes meals, shuttle passes, and access to the VIP campground with a complete set up (tent, sleeping pad, 2x pillows, light, cooler, 2x camp chairs, and a merch bag). Sacred Acre is an all-ages event. Children under 13 are free.
