Shangri-La Music Festival is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2023 over Labor Day Weekend, August 31-September 3, at Harmony Park in Clarks Grove, MN.
Wookiefoot, creators of the music festival, will headline along with Collie Buddz and Opiuo. The undercard includes Chali 2na, Satsang, Dirtwire, Tropidelic, Equanimous, Ruby Chase, Little Stranger, Eli-Mac, Balkan Bump, Superpowers, Free Creatures, Recycled Funk, Useful Jenkins, Heatbox, A-Mac & The Height, with more TBA.
In 2003, the reggae band Wookiefoot started the festival, formerly known as Harvest Fest. The band curates the lineup and takes a hands-on approach when planning the schedule of events. Since its inception, Shangri-La has created a close community of music lovers, which grows with each festival.
The festival site, Harmony Park, offers a permanent shower building with filtered water, shaded and wooded campsites, community fire rings (no outside firewood will be allowed), a playground, and beer and liquor sales at Lucky’s Pub, an onsite bar. There are no car camping options; attendees must bring their gear to the campsites from their vehicles.
Saturday and Sunday tickets are $164 + fees. Thursday early camping and Friday pre-party passes are sold at the gates for $40 and $50, respectively. Tent camping is included with the ticket purchase. View all ticket info here.
Shangri-La Music Festival is an 18+ event.
