Part music festival, part cyber fantasy, Wham Bam! Music Festival is premiering March 10-12, 2022, with a tale to tell and a party to bring. It is hosted at the Shakori Hills Community Arts Center in Pittsboro, NC. The grounds feature 72 acres of trees, meadows, structures, showers, and restrooms.
Wham Bam! is a camping music festival featuring electronic artists and jam bands. The fest is centered around the story of Synthesia, a virtual paradise world protected by a counter-corporatization group known as the Sect. Meanwhile, Iconiq Inc. also seeks to control its investment.
The festival will also feature a video game lounge near one of the three stages.
The final headliner is yet to be revealed, but so far we have Papadosio and The Disco Biscuits. Black Carl!, DMVU, Doom Flamingo, Marvel Years, Tauk, Toadface, and more round out the undercard.
